Connect a new Yardi RentCafe property
Obtaining Your RentCafe Credentials
Before filling out the settings in Rent Fetch, you’ll need to gather the following information from your Yardi RentCafe account or your Yardi point of contact. If this is your first time integrating with us, follow the steps below to enable the RentCafe integration with Brindle so we can connect your unit pricing and availability data to our plugin, Rent Fetch.
- Log in to Site Manager and navigate to Settings > API Settings
- Select Add Vendor API Token. Create a new Vendor API Token using the following information:
- Vendor Type: RentCafe API V2
- Vendor Name: Brindle Digital Marketing
- Select Save to generate the API token. Return to Vendor API Settings Page.
- Select Export Property Information to provide Brindle with the property mapping.
- Request your company code from Yardi
- Send Brindle the following items:
- Vendor API Token (The RentCafe API token is usually a 25-character alpha-numeric key)
- Company Code (Starts with a “C” followed by a series of 11 numbers (e.g.,
C00000012345). - Property Code(s) (P-codes, i.e
p012345)

If you already have properties using Rent Fetch
- Send us the new Property Codes for each new property wish to sync.
- Make sure each property is made “web visible” in RentCafe
- Send the property ID(s) to our team (if Brindle is setting up your site).
- We will configure the Rent Fetch plugin and sync your property data
