Connect a new Entrata property
Obtaining Your Entrata Credentials
Before filling out the settings in Rent Fetch, you’ll need to gather the following information from your Entrata account or your Entrata point of contact. If this is your first time integrating with us, follow the steps below to enable the Entrata integration with Brindle so we can connect your unit pricing and availability data to our plugin, Rent Fetch.
- Add a New API User: within your Entrata system’s API Access settings, and “add API user” for “Brindle Digital Marketing”, enable access.
- Select properties and permissions: Choose the properties and the following web service permissions to share with “Brindle Digital Marketing” (see screenshot below)
- Provide the following information to Brindle:
- Domain name (i.e. mycompany.entrata.com)
- Property ID(s)

Entrata Domain
- This is the subdomain of your Entrata account.
- It’s the part before
.entrata.comin your account URL. - For example, if your account is at
https://myaccount.entrata.com, the subdomain ismyaccount. - You can find this in your Entrata account URL or settings.
- This is case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as it appears.
Entrata Property IDs
- These are the unique identifiers for the properties you want to sync.
- Each property in Entrata has a numeric ID (e.g.,
12345,67890). - You can obtain these from:
- Your Entrata dashboard
- Entrata reports or exports
- Your Entrata administrator
- If you have multiple properties, collect all relevant IDs.
- Property IDs are numeric and should not include spaces or special characters.
Important
Ensure your Entrata account has API access enabled. The API key is handled automatically through Rent Fetch’s API, but your subdomain and property IDs must be configured correctly
