How to add a custom specials banner on floor plans

Process
- Go to Floor Plans > Edit For a particular floor plan.
- Add some text to the field under floor plan availability that says “specials override text.”
Caution
This will NOT be overridden by a PMS updating specials. (i.e. if you enter custom text under the “Specials Override Text” and the floor plan doesn’t have a special in, for example, Yardi Rentcafe, and you have it selected here, it WILL still display the specials banner regardless.
